Bannu Zonal Office

Governing Body, Workers Welfare Fund, Islamabad approved the establishment of the Zonal office Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Workers Welfare Board in its 120th Governing Body meeting.

Term of Reference (T.O.R's) of Zonal Office Bannu are as under:

1. Will operate under the administrative control of the respective Provincial WWB as part and parcel of the main secretariat of the respective Provincial WWB
2. Will act in their region on behalf of the respective WWB
3. The cheques so prepared/ received from the main secretariat of the respective Provincial WWB will be distributed to actual recipients (i.e. Industrial Workers and their families) by the respective Zonal Office.
4. The Zonal Office will look after all the completed projects of WWF in its jurisdiction and will be responsible for repair and maintenance of these projects.
5. The Zonal Office will monitor / supervise the work on all on-going projects whining their zones.
6. The Zonal Office will prepare monthly report and will submit such reports to the main secretariat of the respective Provincial WWB
7. All the bills of contractors will be received and scrutinized by the respective Zonal Office and forwarded to the main secretariat of the Provincial WWB along with their observations/ recommendations.
